Description
These tiny, and to scale, Nut, Bolt and Washer details add the finishing touches and extra realism to your models. Produced in quality UV Curing Resin using precision MSLA 3D printing technology, they are so precise that for the smaller scale versions you’ll need a magnifying lens to see them. Plus Tarkine Models NBW details are supplied in a bulk pack of 100 pieces!
This pack (NBW 2) has been designed to replicate a:
1″ (Inch) diameter bolt in O scale 1:48.
However you can still use them for other scales; See the conversion list below:
SCALE CONVERSION: When using this product for other scales, the 1″ diameter bolt is approximately:
G Scale 1:22.5 0.5 Inch / 12.7mm
O Scale 1:48 1.0 Inch / 25.4mm
S Scale 1:64 1.3 Inch / 33.0mm

This pack (NBW 2) features a square nut, with a round washer as seen in the main product image. See the other NBW details available in the Tarkine Models range for different sizes and bolt shapes.
Note: Applying a coat of primer before painting and installing to your models is recommended.
Resin naturally warps due to shrinkage after curing. It is normal and not a fault. The NBW pieces will not be affected by this, only the sprue that they are attached to. Keep out of direct sunlight or hot environments as this can cause undesired warping or brittleness of the product.

Notes about using resin parts and kits:
Resin materials are more fragile than plastic and can shatter if dropped, or cut incorrectly. If you have never modelled with resin kits or parts before, please note that some warping of resin parts whilst in the packaging can occur. Carefully heating the resin parts in warm water will allow parts to be easily reshaped.
