Inspired by a typical coal miners house in Ernest, Pennsylvania, this kit can easily find a place on almost any layout. This easy to assemble kit is produced in detailed UV-cured resin.
It features a customisable design where you can choose:
– To place the chimney on left or right side of roof;
– To use or leave off the veranda and rear extension;
– 2x options for building foundation heights, each with approprate height steps and veranda posts;
– Includes 2x open window frames and 7x closed window frames to alter the occupancy of the house. (Clear window sheet/glass is not included)
– Includes printed colour instructions.
